 Belle Glam – Terms & Conditions

 1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Belle Glam. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

 2. Customer Conduct
Belle Glam operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or disrespectful behaviour.

We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Restrict future purchases

for customers who engage in inappropriate conduct.

 3. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full at checkout
- We do not hold items without payment
- Customers must ensure all order details are correct before placing an order

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

 4. Personalised Orders
Most Belle Glam products are made to order.

By placing an order, you confirm:
- All names, photos, sizes, and details are correct
- You have reviewed your order before submitting

We are not responsible for customer errors (e.g. incorrect spelling, wrong image, incorrect address).

Under Irish and EU law, personalised items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty.

 5. Production & Delivery
- Production time: up to 21 working days
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch

Total delivery timeframe is typically 3–4 working weeks.

Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier delays
- Postal issues
- Customs processing

These delays are outside of our control.

 6. Shipping
All orders are shipped via An Post.

- Standard shipping may not include tracking
- Registered shipping includes tracking and insurance

Once your order is dispatched:
- Responsibility transfers to the delivery provider
- Belle Glam is not responsible for delays caused by postal services

Customers must contact An Post directly regarding lost or delayed parcels. Proof of postage can be provided upon request.

 7. Express Orders
Express production may be available for an additional fee.

- This prioritises production only
- It does not guarantee faster postal delivery

 8. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Faulty Items
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged upon arrival
- Not as described

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

You must:
- Contact us within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide evidence (e.g. photos)
- Return the item if requested

 Non-Faulty Items
- Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty
- Due to hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns on worn jewellery

This does not affect your legal rights.

 9. Product Care
Customers must follow all care instructions provided.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Water exposure (where stated)
- Chemicals (perfume, cleaning products)
- Improper use or storage

Damage caused after delivery is not considered a fault.

10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct personalisation details
- Entering the correct shipping address
- Reviewing product descriptions before purchase

We are not liable for errors made by the customer.

11. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Supplier disruptions
- Postal delays
- Customs or logistics issues

These situations do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.

 12. Privacy & Data Protection
Belle Glam complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

- Order information will only be discussed with the customer who placed the order
- We will not share or disclose customer data to third parties without consent
