Belle Glam upholds a strict stance against any form of abusive behavior directed towards our esteemed staff. Customers who engage in disrespectful or abusive language when interacting with our staff will not be served, and any future orders will be promptly canceled. Additionally, Belle Glam cannot accommodate requests to hold products for individuals who have previously failed to collect their orders. We kindly request that all customers make full payment in advance to secure their reservations.

Belle Glam cannot be held liable for any damages to products resulting from incorrect aftercare. Customers who have caused damage to their own products will not be eligible for a refund. It is imperative that all customers thoroughly read the product description accompanying each item to ensure proper understanding of the recommended care instructions. For instance, if a product is not water-resistant, this information will be explicitly stated in the product description. Customers who choose to wear such products in water will not qualify for a complimentary replacement or refund.

 

Our refund policy strictly pertains to faulty items. Since each item is meticulously customized upon order, refunds will solely be issued in the unlikely event of receiving a defective item, subject to the customer's return of the product. Please note that items will not be deemed faulty if they have been worn or used, or if damage occurs to the product while under the customer's care.

At Belle Glam, we regret to inform our customers that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on jewelry and accessories. This policy is in place due to hygienic and safety reasons associated with these types of products. We prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our customers and aim to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Jewelry and accessories are personal items that come into direct contact with the skin, hair, and body of our valued customers. It is essential to uphold strict hygiene standards to minimize the risk of contamination, allergic reactions, and the spread of pathogens. Once a jewelry or accessory item has left our premises and been in the possession of a customer, it cannot be resold due to these health and safety concerns.

These laws recognize the inherent risk of transmitting infections or allergens through the exchange or return of personal items such as jewelry and accessories. By adhering to these regulations, we ensure the well-being and safety of our customers.

​All shipping rates for Belle Glam are determined based on the weight of the parcel. We utilize An Post Standard Shipping as our primary shipping method. Please note that the shipping time frame is 3-5 working days following the completion of the production process, not from the time of ordering. It is important to understand that production may take up to 21 working days.

For the convenience of our customers, Belle Glam utilizes An Post for all product shipments. However, if a customer selects "Standard Shipping," please be aware that there will be no tracking information available. Once the package is posted from our end, we have limited control over its handling. In the event of lost or delayed parcels, it will be necessary to address the matter directly with An Post. We strongly recommend that customers opt for registered shipping, which provides tracking and insurance coverage.

It is important to note that selecting registered shipping does not expedite the shipping process; it simply allows for tracking capabilities. If you require express post, please contact us via email.

Following the postage of packages, we relinquish responsibility. However, upon request, we can provide customers with photographs of the packages being sent out, as well as the postal receipt. Any issues or concerns regarding the receipt of your package must be addressed with An Post. Once the package is posted, it is entirely out of our control.

It is crucial to review and ensure the accuracy of all information before submitting the order because any errors that are not brought to our attention prior to processing cannot be modified. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by customers, such as selecting the incorrect size or providing an incorrect address. If such errors are not promptly communicated to us, we are unable to make any changes or corrections.

For instance, if a customer orders a photo necklace and provides an incorrect photo or provides an incorrect name for a name necklace, it is considered a customer error, and we are unable to make any modifications.

We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing your order details before finalizing the purchase to ensure accuracy. Should you notice any errors or discrepancies, please notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary adjustments before processing your order.

We would like to inform our customers that all personalized orders are exclusively available for pre-order. Please be aware that these orders will require a timeframe of 3-4 working weeks for production and delivery. We kindly request that you keep this in mind when placing your order. It is essential to read and familiarize yourself with our store policies and terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.

It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for customers who place orders without thoroughly reviewing our policies. We strongly urge all customers to carefully read and understand our policies before placing an order.

We would like to emphasize that there will be no refunds provided to customers who have placed an order without being aware of the pre-order wait times.

The production process for our products involves various stages, including customization, quality checks, packaging, and delivery to us. Once received, we promptly package and ship the items directly to the customer using An Post shipping services. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the delivery process after the items have been shipped.
Unfortunately, because of the pandemic the chances of unexpected delays and setbacks to occur have risen. Suppliers can be delayed in production due to being understaffed, courier companies are extremely busy and move at a slower pace and there are longer ques at customs. In the event a delay occurs Belle Glam are not responsible, we understand these delays are very frustrating but ask customers to understand we have completed everything from our side, and we are just as let down by the delays as the customers. We are not aware of any delays as they are unpredictable, unseen and unchangeable. As a gesture of kindness we will issue a voucher for any customers affected by any delays.If a customer would like express production and delivery on a personalized product we can provide this at a cost of €35. Please note we do not charge this for profit but for the extra delivery fee and production costs. Placing an express production order for one customer means our supplier will have to put aside all of the remaining orders and work for just 1 customer that day hence the price increase. This will then be produced and shipped directly to you.

We cannot and will not discuss a customer's order with anybody else for data protection concerns. Please refrain from contacting Belle Glam on behalf of your friend or family member who ordered; only the customer whose name the order is in may speak with us directly about an order update or question. We shall not respond to anyone who contacts us on another person's behalf due to GDPR regulations.
