Jewellery Warranty & Guarantee

At Belle Glam, we are committed to providing exceptional products and service to our valued customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Customer Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or disrespectful behavior towards our staff. Customers who engage in inappropriate conduct will not be served, and we reserve the right to cancel any future orders.

Order Policy

We are unable to hold products for customers who have previously failed to collect their orders. To secure a reservation, full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Product Care and Liability

Belle Glam cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by improper aftercare. We strongly advise all customers to read the product descriptions carefully, as they contain important information about the nature and care requirements of each item (for example, if an item is not water-resistant). Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refunds and Faulty Items

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is faulty. Faulty items are defined as those with a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us promptly and return the item for assessment. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery will not be considered faulty.

Jewelry and Accessories Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on jewelry or accessories. Once these items leave our premises, they cannot be resold for health and safety reasons, in line with Irish consumer protection laws. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and size details before purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated based on parcel weight. We use An Post Standard Shipping, which typically takes 3–5 working days after the production period is complete. Please note that production may take up to 21 working days.

Standard Shipping does not include tracking; for peace of mind, we recommend selecting Registered Shipping, which provides tracking and insurance. Please be aware that Registered Shipping does not speed up processing time. If you require Express Post, contact us via email.

Once a package has been posted, responsibility transfers to An Post. While we will gladly provide photographs of posted packages and postal receipts on request, we are not liable for lost or delayed parcels. Any delivery issues must be followed up directly with An Post.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details when placing an order. This includes correct names, photos, sizes, and shipping addresses. Belle Glam is not responsible for errors submitted by customers, and changes cannot be made once production has begun. Please check your order carefully before confirming and contact us immediately if you spot an error.

Pre-Orders and Delivery Timeframes

All personalized orders are processed as pre-orders and typically require 3–4 working weeks for production and delivery. Please ensure you have read and understood our policies before placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds for orders placed without acknowledgment of the stated wait times. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 working days.

Delays

Due to ongoing global and local challenges (including supplier delays, customs backlogs, and courier disruptions), unexpected delays may occur. While Belle Glam has no control over these external factors, we understand the inconvenience they cause. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a voucher to affected customers.

For customers requesting express production and delivery, we offer an expedited service at a fee of €35. This charge reflects the additional production and delivery costs and ensures your order is prioritized.

Privacy and Communication

For data protection and privacy reasons, we can only discuss order details with the customer who placed the order.
